I have more than two decades of experience leading teams in agile systems and software development in highly regulated automotive and embedded environments. There, I have also supported the introduction of agentic AI, including in contexts shaped by functional safety and cybersecurity.
In international leadership positions (ZF, TRW, Continental, Siemens), I have driven product development together with senior leadership and established governance: from strategy and implementation to anchoring it in culture and communication.
Many years of collaboration with industry associations and public authorities round out my profile.
